2012 Kingsport/Eastman Invitational Softball Tournament March 29-April 1
GENERAL INFORMATION: Games will be played at the Eastman Softball Complex, Indian Highland Park, and Domtar Park.
Pets are not permitted at the Eastman Softball Complex, Indian Highland Park, or Domtar Park.
Coaches will receive tickets in their check-in packet for each of their players to receive a hot dog, chips, cookie, and a soda on Friday. A picnic tent will be set up at the Eastman Softball Complex, near the tennis courts and inside the Domtar Sports facility. The time for the food will be from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Friday, March 30 and Thursday March 29 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
There is No Parking at Eastman Credit Union.
BUS PARKING: Please unload your players at the Eastman Softball Complex and park your bus in the large parking lot across the street. Do not park buses in the field side parking lot.
Food concessions will be available at Eastman Softball Complex, Indian Highland Park, and at Domtar Park. D-B Softball Boosters will have tournament shirts for sale. Coaches are encouraged to pre-order T-shirts since quantities are limited.
Teams forced to withdraw from the tournament within two weeks of the start of the tournament will forfeit entry fee.
